1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Return an Item
Please contact us at hello@montageclothing.lk or +94761413551 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return, please keep the Waybill ID and order Number securely till the return package is handed over.
Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please notify us at the time of the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and additional shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
